Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Nordpuls (the "Service"), a public web app at nordpuls.app operated by Olav Koefoed.

The service

Nordpuls is a finance-information website. It displays public market data — prices, fundamentals, company news — sourced from third-party providers. You can browse public pages anonymously, or create an optional account (email-only, no password) to configure your own AI provider key for the AI panel.

Accounts

Sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email. Sessions last 30 days on a rolling basis; you can revoke every session at once from /account. You may delete your account at any time from the same page — deletion permanently removes your account row, every session, and your encrypted AI provider key. Bring your own key (BYOK)

The AI panel routes calls to a third-party LLM provider (currently Anthropic) under your API key, billed to youraccount at that provider. Nordpuls does not guarantee the availability, output, or correctness of any third-party model. You are responsible for complying with the provider's terms; Nordpuls does not assume liability for your provider relationship. AI-generated output shown in the AI panel is informational only and is not investment advice — the same disclaimer as the rest of the data on the page (see below).

Not investment advice

Nothing on Nordpuls is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Information shown may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do your own research before making any investment decision.

No warranty

Nordpuls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantees as to availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Nordpuls in a way that interferes with its normal operation (denial-of-service attempts, scraping at abusive rates, automated requests beyond reasonable use).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use Nordpuls in violation of applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of Nordpuls is also governed by the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on this page; your continued use of the Service after such an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
